This is the beginning of great recipes, some of which my mother and godmother handed down to me, some of my own creation. I have always wanted to share them with people who love to cook a great meal for their family and friends to enjoy. There is no more satisfying feeling than to create a meal from scratch and mostly with all the love in your heart, then watch the people you love take their first bite and smile. That is when you know that they really feel that love you put into your cooking. This website has been created in honor of not only my mother who passed away today (October 31, 2007), but all the loved ones in my life (present and past)who have touched my heart. May all who read this have a bright and wonderful life.
